• Entry Deadline: Monday, July 22 at 6:00PM

• Enter by bringing this entry form with your rock to the fair office between 8:00AM and 6:00PM on Monday, July 22.

• Entry Fee: $0

EVENT RULES

• Create an exhibit that incorporates any recycled western items, or that may be used in a western decorating theme, sucks as boots, ropes, stirrups, feed bags, horse shoes, junk metal, antlers / horns, etc. Items can be decorated with flowers or non-recycled items as long as recycled items are the focal point or make up most of the exhibit.

• If entries do not have the correct mailing and contact information, money will not be awarded.

• If your entry form is not complete, you may not receive your awards. No personal information will be shared with the public.

• Submit the entry form when you submit the recycled western art!

• Exhibits can be checked into the fair office on Monday, July 22 between 8:00AM and 6:00PM. Exhibits will be judged on Tuesday, July 25. The commercial building will re-open for viewing on Wednesday, July 24 at 10:00AM.

• By submitting this form, I understand all of the rules and regulations governing exhibits at the fair and release the Sublette County Fair from all liability of any kind and character on account of loss, damage, or injury to this or any other property which the undersigned may have at the fairgrounds.
